The villa was conceived like a boutique hotel with 6 luxurious bedrooms spread between 2 sprawling bungalows, linked together by a 100 square meter open-concept living room to welcome the breeze and the sound of the sea. The villa is decorated in earthy tones and punches of red, with a careful mix of traditional furniture and modern designs. The standout feature of the villa is the gorgeous 20-meter beachfront infinity pool and heated Jacuzzi.

Shared facilities at Estate include a tennis court with night lighting (4 tennis rackets are available to be shared among the 5 villas and each villa has its own tennis balls tube), a gym with a variety of fitness equipment, and a 250 sqm seminar room. Pantai Lima Estate comprises five standalone luxury villas that extend to over 1.6 hectares, or 4 acres (the size of 2 football fields!).

Living & Dining Areas: Indoor open-plan living area with 2 oversized L-shaped sofas and 4 ceiling fans; indoor dining area with kitchen bar and rectangle dining table that can seat 8 persons; outdoor semi-roofed pool deck with seating area and 1 table; outdoor dining area near the beach with a dining table that can seat 8 persons.

Pool size: Swimming Pool (20m x 5m x 1.5m); Kids’ Pool (4.25m x 4.3m x 0.69m); Jacuzzi (2m x 2m x 1m).

Dining: Private Chef is experienced in Western, Chinese, Asian, Vegetarian, and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated (including special diets). All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance.

Kitchen: Oven, coffeemaker, Nespresso Machine (extra cost: 1 capsule at IDR 25,000), refrigerator, freezer, microwave, blender, toaster, stove top, water dispenser, electric kettle, kitchenware, dinnerware, BBQ.
