CAPACITY: 8 adults (two air conditioned master suites with king beds, two air conditioned guest rooms also with king-size beds). 2 extra beds are available on request at additional cost.

 

LIVING AREAS: Indoor living and dining room (fan cooled) with table for 12, air-conditioned family/media room; balcony dining for 6; pool terrace dining for 10; pool terrace seating; poolside bar; relaxation balé.
POOL: 18m x 5m. 1m-1.9m depth.
STAFF: Manager, butler, cooks, villa attendants, gardener, security guards.
DINING: A suggestion menu of Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s dishes.  Requests accommodated (including special diets). Grocery cost is charged 20% handling fee which is subject to service and tax at the prevailing rate.
COMMUNICATION: WiFi broadband internet access. Local telephone access via mobile phone.
ENTERTAINMENT: Sonos and Bose surround-sound system with iPod docks in the living areas and gym. Cable-channel TVs; DVD players; movies; books.
GYM: Villa Asada’s gym is equipped with a treadmill, excercise bike, multi-gym weight machine, fit balls and mats.
FOR FAMILIES: DVDs; board games, high chair; baby cot, staff willing to assist with children (daytime) when parents present.
WEDDINGS & EVENTS: Events for up to 80 people can be arranged at the villa with prior notice.
ADDITIONAL FACILITIES: Full back-up diesel powered electrical generator.
