LOCATION: Beraban village, Tabanan, southwest Bali, Indonesia.
 
THE VILLA ESTATE: One 5-bedroom villa and one 4-bedroom villa.
 
CAPACITY: When rented together, the two villas can accommodate up to 18 people.
 
POOLS: Both villas have private 15-meter swimming pools.
 
LIVING AREAS: Indoor and outdoor living and dining areas; furnished pool decks; riverside pergolas and balés; air-conditioned living/TV rooms.
 
STAFF: Villa manager; full-time chef; butlers; garden/pool maintenance; security.  Additional staff (babysitters, masseuses) are available on request for a small additional cost.
 
DINING: Western, Asian, vegetarian, and children’s dishes. Requests accommodated (including special diets). Grocery cost is charged a 20% handling fee which is subject to service and tax at the prevailing rate.
 
COMMUNICATION: WiFi internet access; landline for local calls; mobile phone coverage.
 
ENTERTAINMENT: Satellite TV; DVD player; Bose surround-sound system; CD player; iPod dock.
 
FOR FAMILIES: Villas are well-equipped for families.  Facilities include a baby cot; high chair; DVDs; pool toys.
