The villa is much secluded from the urban buzz, yet it is close to the island’s main attractions. Perfect for jet setters wanting the ultimate in relaxation and privacy.

The villa is located on a 8,200 square meter land (total surface area) with a panoramic view over the ocean, just next to the famous Tanah Lot Temple. The land is 15m above sea level, approximately 45-minute drive to Seminyak district, and 60-min drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Please note that there is an approximately 2 km unpaved road going to the villa.

Living & Dining Areas: Air-conditioned study room equipped with two single sofas, books, working space, printer, phone and desktop computer. Open air living area with sofa overlooking swimming pool, garden, and beach. Air-conditioned media room with floor to ceiling windows. Multipurpose bale with cliff and beach views by the highest elevated area at the property that can be used for yoga and lounging. Indoor dining area with rectangle dining table that can seat 8 persons.

Pool size: 20m x 5m x 2m.

Dining: Private Chef is experienced in Western, Chinese, Asian, Vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated (including special diets). All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance.

Kitchen: Oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, coffee press, juicer, blender, toaster, rice cooker, wine glasses, electric kettle, water dispenser, BBQ, kitchenware and dinnerware.
