This single-storey property is totally private and self-contained with its own entrance, a living and dining room with open-plan kitchenette, a flat-lawned garden and a 10-metre swimming pool complemented by a timber deck and a deeply cushioned relaxation pavilion.

In this hip and happy haven, guests will find a serious serving of decadent flair. Although the architectural materials are natural and neutral, characterised by soaring roofs and an abundance of glass, the décor and furnishings are colourful, eclectic and sumptuous. From the shimmering glass lamps illuminating the large dining table for 10, to the ethnic artefacts that convey a sense of place, Villa Eshara III’s interiors are the epitome of sleek designer-chic and pared-back luxe.

Bedrooms continue the cool and contemporary concept, presenting king-size beds, funky lamps, dressing areas and wall-mounted TVs. Light bounces from the mirrored walls of the marble-enhanced bathrooms, which are fitted with walk-in rain showers, while the master beckons with an oversized soaking-tub and an additional outdoor shower.

Comfort, slick service and up-to-the-minute facilities are par for the course at this private pleasure pad. Personal butlers and in-house staff, modern audio-visual equipment and iPod docks, in-villa spa treatments, complimentary WiFi, and a menu of tasty Asian and European cuisine will entice guests with an engaging blend of sensual delights.

Finally, large groups will be happy to learn that Eshara III is one of a group of three villas that can be mixed, matched, united or divided to provide anything from a two-bedroom to an eight-bedroom renting option, all connected by an innovative system of retractable garden walls.

STAFF :  Eshara III is staffed and includes a villa manager; butlers; garden/pool maintenance; security. Massage therapists and babysitters available on request (additional charge)

 DINING :  Daily continental breakfast is included in the rate. A private chef can be organised for an additional charge of USD 55++ per day. Grocery cost is charged at cost plus 20% handling fee which is subject to service and tax at the prevailing rate.

 COMMUNICATION : WiFi internet access; landline for local calls; mobile phone coverage.

ENTERTAINMENT : Satellite TV; DVD player; CD player (thru DVD Player) in living and bedrooms.

FOR FAMILIES:  Children’s facilities at Eshara III include a baby cot and high chair.

SPA: In-villa treatments selected from a comprehensive spa menu can be carried out by professional beauty therapists by the pool or in the privacy of your own room (extra cost applies).

TRANSPORT: The villa’s central Seminyak location means that many attractions are within easy walking distance. If additional transport is required, don’t hesitate to ask the villa manager to call one of the island’s safe and reasonably priced metered taxis, or to organise day or half-day car and driver hire for sightseeing. The villa also has six scooters for rental (extra cost applies).
