LOCATION: Batujimbar Estate, Sanur, South-east Bali, Indonesia.
CAPACITY: 16 adults and 2 children (9 bedrooms: 8 with king-size beds, 1 with small twins).  2 additional beds available for an extra charge.
LIVING AREAS: Open-sided living pavilion; Lembu Balé lounge; poolside veranda; garden dining bale with table for 10;  beachfront balé; study and sitting room below master bedroom.
POOL: 20m x 7m x 1.75m.
STAFF: Villa manager; butlers; housekeepers; cook; gardeners; engineer; security. Masseuses and babysitters available on request (extra charge).
DINING: A suggestion menu of Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s dishes.  Requests accommodated (including special diets). Grocery cost is charged 20% handling fee which is subject to service and tax at the prevailing rate.
COMMUNICATION: Fixed line PABX phones in all rooms; wireless broadband internet access.
ENTERTAINMENT: Satellite channel TVs, Bose speakers.
FOR FAMILIES: A baby cot, high chair and toys are available on request.
SPORTS: Full-size tennis court (rackets and balls supplied); and 2 canoes.
WEDDINGS AND EVENTS: Weddings and special events for up to 180 people (standing) and 150 people (sitting) can be arranged with prior notice.
