Villa Cliffside Estate is one of the premier ocean-view rental villas in Nusa Dua Bali, located on a cliffside overlooking the Indian Ocean. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors of the living room and upstairs master suites offer breathtaking sunset views from the Indian Ocean and we absolutely love The Bale, which serves as an outdoor dining and contemplative spot, overhangs the cliffs and sits next to the infinity pool. The beautifully decorated master suites feature a unique outdoor Japanese soaking tub to complete the feeling of pampered luxury. For more privacy, choose the 4th bedroom suite, a separate romantic Balinese style cabana, which is nestled into the hill on the bottom of the cliff and perched just steps above the white sand beach and crystal blue ocean. One can access the Cabana by walking down the Bidadari Cliffside stairway or riding the only private inclinator in Bali, exclusively designed for this ocean-view villa.

Three spectacular ensuite bedrooms are located in the main residence. A 4th ensuite bedroom, a Balinese-style luxury Cabana, is located beachfront on the bottom of the cliff, accessible by the private inclinator or steps.

The villa is fully staffed with a private chef, villa attendants, gardeners, and night security service.

There is a gym situated underneath the Cabana/fourth bedroom, 2 kayaks, and a colorfully painted Balinese-style outrigger canoe. A personal professional yoga or fitness instructor can be arranged for you at extra cost.
